Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

If your order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, your shipment may be delayed until all items become available.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reputable courier services such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or other national carriers depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping speed

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has been shipped.

Within Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–4 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local pickup point.

Customers are responsible for retrieving their package within the timeframe specified by the courier.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect shipping address, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

THE MATCHA TOKYO Canada is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
